Shipping & Rates

Within The Netherlands:

  • Delivery within 48 hours
  • Shipping costs: €4,50 
  • When the value of your order exceeds €75,- shipping is free.

What are the shipping costs?

  • Standard parcel delivery: Shipping costs are only €4,50 per order within The Netherlands
  • Mailbox post delivery: If the entire order fits in the mailbox, shippings costs are €2,25.

If the value of your order exceeds €75,-  then shipping within The Netherlands is 100% free.

Mailbox post

For shipments that can be send as mailbox post (fit in a mailbox), the shipping rate is €2,25. During checkout you can select this shipping method yourself if you know that all products in your order are mailbox post. Please note the following:

  • Alle products in the order must be mailbox post.
  • The details page of every product mentions if the product can be shipped as mailbox post. If this is not mentioned it is not mailbox post, even if you judge it can fit a mailbox. If you are in doubt, please contact us.
  • If you selected the mailbox post shipping method inappropriately we will contact you. You will get the opportunity to pay for the difference in shipping costs before your order is shipped.

Pease note: For mailbox post within The Netherlands track & trace information is available, just like a package.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Normally your order is delivered within two working days, but always within 30 days. When you place your order it will be processed by us the same workday or the next workday at the latest, and delivered to DHL for shipment. DHL will then deliver the order the next working day. In many cases this means you will receive your order the next day already. Please note: No deliveries are made on Sunday and Monday. When you order on Friday, the order is usually being delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday.

We do our best to deliver your order as fast as we can. But of course we have to depend on our parcel delivery service.

Can I track the status of my order?

As soon as your order is processed, you will be noticed by us through email. If you created an account with us you can also log in to your account to see the status. You will also receive a separate email from DHL with tracking information. Please note that there can be some time gap (a day max) between the moment we register the shipment at DHL and the moment the parcel is scanned at DHL and the status is updated.

You can of course always contact us for information on the status of your order.

What if I am not at home?

If you are not at home the moment your order is being delivered, the parcel might be delivered to your neighbors. You will receive a note of this in your mailbox. Otherwise DHL will try to deliver the parcel the next day. In the case you are not home, you will also get a notification of this in your mail box with a delivery code. You can use the delivery to change your delivery options on the DHL Parcel website: You can choose to have it delivered at your neignoors, or a parcel shop, or you canb change the date of delivery.

Usually four attempts are being made to deliver your order, usually two of these are in the evening. After the fourth unsuccessful attempt the parcel is send back us. Please note that there are costs for us when we receive the order back. These will be passed on to you if you still want the ordered delivered after this.

Can I pick up the order?

It is possible to pick up the order yourself. Please select 'pickup' as shipment method during the checkout process. We don't have regular opening hours, sou please contact us via email for an appointment.

What is something goes wrong with the delivery?

If your order is not delivered within a reasonable time frame or something else goes wrong, please contact us. We will investigate the problem, and inform you as fast as possible. Please allow a period of 30 days maximum for this as sometimes we have to ask the parcel delivery service to investigate the problem which takes time.

 

Delivery outside The Netherlands

  • To Belgium: €4,95
  • To Germany: €6,95
  • To Luxembourg: €8,50
  • To other Western-European countries: €12,50

For other countries, please contact us through email.

For shipments outside of the Netherlands you will also be able to track your shipment. Please note that for shipments outside of The Netherlands only two attempts are made to deliver the parcel.
