Cancellation & Returns

When you order in our webstore you have a period of 14 days after delivery to cancel the order. After this period your order cannot be canceled anymore.

How can I return a product?

If you want to return (part of) your order, you will have to notify us within the period of 14 days. This period starts when you gave received your order. You can notify us in writing or by email. Mention your name, the products you want to return (in case you want to return only part of the order), and the order number. For reimbursement of the mony you paid we will also need your bank account. After you have notified us, you have up to 14 days after the cancellation period ends to return the products to us.

Products nee to be returned in unused undamaged state, and in the original packaging as far as possible. Please send the invoice you received with the return shipment.

Please note: Return shipments have to be fully prepaid by you, otherwise we will not accept them.

Please note: Returned products that ere damaged will not be reembursed for. Thse goods can be shipped back to you at your costs.

How will I get my money back?

The money you have paid for your order, inclusing the original shipping costs, will automatically be reimbursed to you within 14 days.

When you return part of your order, the purchase price of the returned products will be reimbursed for. No shipping costs are reimburesed in this case.

The shipping costs for returning the products are always at your expense. Exception is of course if you received damaged products or if we made a mistake in handling your order.

Please note that the back account you provide has to be the same as the one provided in the orginal order. This is for fraud prevention reasons.
